How do I place an order?

We require 1 piece of ID sent to our phone number @ 647-394-4688 via text/WhatsApp to verify that you are 19+. If you are unable to send picture messages we are able to receive them via email at skyleavesto@gmail.com. When your ID has been sent please let us know what you would like to have ordered and text us with your full address . Once your order is confirmed by the dispatcher your order total and and ETA will be sent. Upon delivery driver will send a message that they are outside. Please have exact amount ready for driver.

How long will my delivery take?

We strive to have your order to you within 1-3 hours of when you place the order. In other circumstances that are out of our control e.g traffic or weather conditions we will keep you updated on when the driver will be able to get to you.

What are your operating hours?

Our current operating and delivery hours are 11am-8pm (Last call for same day delivery will be 7:30pm)

What forms of payment do you take?

Currently we only accept [$CAD CASH] upon delivery. Please have payment ready when you are placing an order. You will have to pay the full amount in order to receive your order. This is non-negotiable.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS.

Where do you deliver to?

We only deliver to residential properties. We cannot deliver to parks, public places or commercial properties. If you are ordering from an apartment or a condo, you must meet our staff at the front of your building.
